3. My partner and I are relocating from Ontario and come with no kids, nor pets, nor smoking but very good references and good, stable incomes. We'd love to live on South Main, particularly in one of the many great loft buildings - Cornerstone, Artworks, Jacobsen, Mainspace, Granite Block, etc. We are looking for 1000+ square feet of bright, airy space with a budget of up to $3,000/month. 4. I am an aspiring producer that will be attending the arts institute for a two year period. Seeing how i will be starting school at the beginning of April I would like to find a loft by the end of march. Perferably one on the bottom floor that has space so that i can have my audio set up/computer, workout set up and living room some what seperated so that I don't feel clustered. Something in the range from $1000 to $1500 utilities included if possible with washer and dryer and a parking space. My dream is to have modern look with a very warming zen like feel.Seeing how I will be ways away from home, I would love to find a place that I can call my own... for the time being!
