1.  Professional couple (late 30s/early 40s) looking for large studio loft, 1 br loft or 2-level loft (unfurnished or partially furnished) to rent for 12 months or longer (shorter period is workable too).  One of us writes from home full-time, the other part-time. Non-smoking and no pets. We have great employment and rental references and are mature, responsible and tidy. We'd prefer the Cambie, False Creek, Main or Granville areas but are open to Gastown and other locations. Ideally, we'd need parking for one vehicle, small storage capacities (either in the loft or in a separate locker) and area where bikes can be locked. Our budget is $1300 - $1500. 2. We are a married couple with a two year old daughter looking for a funky loft to rent in Vancouver. Downtown, gastown, Cambie, Granville, Mt Pleasant, commercial... we are fairly open regarding locations. I am a photographer just building my business. My husband works for a  non profit organization. My daughter likes clothes and crayons :)
We'd prefer a 2 bedroom place or at least one bedroom and den. Insuite laundry is also a preference.
