1. To whom to may concern, my name is Wendy Rose Wong, and I am interested in renting/leaseing a loft on a 1-2 year term. I would like this to be a 2 bedroom loft, for this would be a more confortable living area, by which for my boyfriend, myself and our cat to reside in. My boyfriend and myself are both quiet, good working-class tenants who always pay our rent on time. In addition I am also a student, persuing my education online. 9. Long term rental wanted: We are an established local business ( award winning high-end Beauty Boutique) looking for a new live /work zoned location with a separate upper level. We are seeking a long term (ie 5 years) so we can continue to grow our local and international clientele.
We would require : Kitchen, bathroom, en-suite laundry, parking, storage and a view. Our company is appointment only and most of our female clientele is over 40, so parking and a safe location is of the greatest importance.
We are currently in South Granville and love the area, so ideally we would like to stay between Kits and the Mount Pleasant area.

10. Looking for a bone bedroom in a secure, clean and quiet building all inclusive in the downtown area and may extend the stay here indefinitely. Would consider a longer term commitment in lieu of a better monthly rate. Preference, although not necessary, to amenities including a gym and meeting room (for scene study). Parking is a necessity.
